Shipping Policy

All Wayfinder Workshop products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing & Production

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Production times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to product availability.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times begin after production is complete and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking number.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
